DAISY STEVENS showed speed, but tired in the stretch. LADY CAPRICIOUS ran poorly. The winner, entered for 1914.sh00, was bid up to and bought in. PRINCE WINTER, never far away, finished fast and outstayed SUGAR LUMP for second place. The latter ran a good race and appeared the winner in the stretch, but tired iu the last sixteenth. FLYING finished fast. ADOLANTE and URSULA EMMA alternated in setting the pace to the stretch, where both quit. There was a jam at the start in which HOPE SO and FOXY MARY wero injured and the lat tors rider was hurt.
