Bickers today brought suit in the Fayette Circuit court here against Alex Bose, principal, and Frank Bissicks, agent, for the rccoverev of 00 which lie alleges lost in wagers on information furnished him by Grover C. Baker. Bickers states in his petition that he wagered 00 on Sleeth, running at Douglas Park September 25, and 00 each on Gipsy Love and Joe Deihold, Tunning at Douglas Park September 20 Each of three wagers were made, he alleges, 00 straight, 00 place and 00 to show. Bickers tiled with his petition letters signed with the name of Grover C. Baker urging him to wager on the horses named. Bickers several years ago tiled suit for the recovery of .,050 which he alleged lost In a local gambling house, and it resulted in the breaking up. of all the card, roulette and dice games in this city, and came near causing three men to sent to the penitentiary. During the past summer Bickers was ruled off the turf by Judge John T.
