JUAREZ STAKES TO CLOSE FOR ENTRIES. While those owners who subject their horses to the long grind of winter racing, look to the daily grist of overnight purses for their chief reward, they nevertheless, take a lively interest in such provision of stake races as may be made for the better class of racers. It thus befalls that those who intend to take part In the coming hundred days of racing at Juarez, will be bound to scau the conditions of the eight events now proffered by the Jockey Club Juarez with careful scrutiny, the matter of nominating a horse to stake races in which it may have a good chance being quite an art. the races now offered are to close for entries at midnight of Thursday, October 20. and are all of the guaranteed value description. There is a certain measure of simplicity in oue feature of their conditions, in that six are for all ages and two for now two-year-olds. Five arc of ,500 each, and three of ,200 each. The usual list of stake races lor two-year-olds of 1015 will be announced later on. The conditions of the present list are published elsewhere in this edition of Daily Racing Form, and they are all commended to the favorable consideration of owners and trainers.
