The announcement from the Montreal Jockey Club that the contract for the building in which the pari-mutuels will lie installed at Bine Bonnets for next springs meeting has been let marks the passing of the bookmakers from the mile courses under the jurisdiction of the Canadian Racing Associations. The machine system of betting will be used at all -the- tracks next season.
