BALFRON ran a good race to the stretch and tired nadir in the last eighth. IIOLTON raced in close pursuit of the leaders to the stretch turn, then quit. SURPASSING quit badly. MASTER JIM raced well.- but on the outside of the winner, all the way and tired in the last few strides. SPELLBOUND ran fairly well and showed improvement. DUQUESNE quit.
