RACING BILL INTRODUCED AT SPRINGFIELD Springfield 111 April 15 The revival of rac ¬ ing in Illinois is the aim of a bill introdiircd by Semi for Ilenvir who represents one of the Chi west side districts in the upper house of the legislature The bill provides for the orea tliw of a state racing commission composed of three members of the state highway commission It Is to have charge of all meetings whether at county fairs or metropolitan tracks It was re ¬ ferred to the senate revenue committee which yesterday reported the prize light bill I
