WINTER RACING AT JUAREZ IN PERIL. i:i Paso, Tex.. August 36, — Unless the Jaarea imk 1 room is closed, there will be no racing at the Juarez 7 Jockey Club track next winter. This announcement I waa made to the Villa officials bj Matt J. Winn. manager of the Juarea track. Juarez business men ,, have taken up tin matter with tin- Villa officials and 1 it practically has been agreed that the poolroom I will be closed. The Jockey club Juarez oaacials s contended that, with the poolroom in operation, bets s could he placed on the races without paying the admission fee at the track and that this method hurt t the clubs business many thousands of dollars each li month last year. -
