BILLIE BAKER was outpaced in the early running, but moved up with a rush while going to the far t:trn, then came through on the inside on the stretch turn and easily took a good lead in the final :ghth. WATERTOWN raced wide on the first turn, but showed much six-ed in the going and took the hid. then tired and came again at the end. COTTON TOP was a forward contender all the wav. but t ied in the final drive. TASK closed a big gap. AFTERGLOW quit. The winner was entered to S300: no bid. Scratched— 23225 Laird oKirkcaldv, 110.
