TIA JUANA IN THE FIELD PROMOTERS OF NEW TRACu. CLAIMING TO BE RUSHING CONSTRUCTION. Christmas Day Suggested as the Date for Beginning Racing — Spacious Grandstand and Ample Stabling Among the Provisions. San Diego, Calif., November 4. — The Lower California Jockey Club is rushing its Tin .Iiiana plant to completion and expect to inaugurate racing there on Christmas day. Provision is made for 1,000 stalls for horses. The grandstand is designed to seat 10.000 spectators and is 350 feet long. Tlr-track is the usual mile ellipse. Among those holding an interest in the project are A. B. Spreckels. John Daly, Charles W. Clark, George W. Wingtield and others of prominence. The track is locate l fourteen miles fnm San Diego, overlooking Corouado and the Pacific ocean.
