PROSPEROUS OUTLOOK AT JUAREZ. Juarez. Mex.. November 24. — With the adjoining city of El Paso tilled up with racing folk, it looks as if the Jockey Tub Juarez is in store for the most prosperous season ef winter racing in the history of the association. All of the racing officials are on the ground ready for the call of the bugl«j. with the exception of Manager Matt J. Winn, who is detained iu the east ou urgent business ami is expected here in ten days. The pooliooni competition, that workul so detri-nicntallv to the interests of the race track la-t year, has now been eliminated. The persons who formerly operated the room are no longer here and those now in control are e mneeled with the ring at the track. The two U-ttiug places will he run under ;»n amicable arrangement. The association has no financial interest in the betting ring or the poolroom, which will sewraSS under new management. The opening race of the meeting will be run at two oclock tomorrow. Each Monday will be an off-day. but there will Ik- racing every Sunday.
