■ * + WHAT WILLIAM GARTHS HORSES GAINED FOR HIM IN THE RACING OF 1915 4. 4- The Virginia turfman and expert developer of jumping horses, William Garth, generally contrives to more, than cover expenses in his annual racing campaigns and has good reason to view his stable returns of this year with complacency. Exton did extremely well for him this year and promises to play the part of a star in cross-country competition in 1916. but not in Ills colors, having been sold for a fat price. Star of Love. Humility. Stucco, Stake and Cap and the two-year-old filly, Greetings, each won more than ,000 for him and any horse which does that more than pays its way.
