I OTHELLO EQUALS A TRACK RECORD. Havana. Cuba. January 11. — Jeffersou Livingstons fast sprinter Othello accounted for todays feature at Oriental Park, when he beat a band of the best horses here in the three-quarters selling handicap. Othello was ridden by Turner, made an extremely fast pace and won easily. Incidentally he equalled the track rec.nl of 1:11%. Mose Gold-blatt also saddled the winner of the fifth race in First Degree. Fred Foster was an arrival from New Orleaus with the division of the stable that G. A. Alexandra was racing at the Fair Grounds. He reports that fifty horses will leave New Orleans for Havana on Saturday next. fjOfjaa Denny has purchased the plater Ball Band from Mose Goldhlatf. W. Edwards, secretary of the Metropolitan Jockey Club, was an arrival today.
