OUTSIDERS" DAY AT ORIENTAL PARK. Havana. Cuba. January 20.— Surprises were the order at Oriental Bark this afternoon, the majority of the winners being outsiders. The race* were run off at short Internals on account of the first ra e being called at four oclock. The change in time has resulted in an increased attendance, a large crowd beinr present. Michael Rheehan, director of the Maryland lackey luh. has arrived and is much impressed with the beautiful plant. J. S. Ovwibey got la from New York.
