LOST STARTING MACHINES AT TIJUANA. Ciue-iuuati. .. February II. Hatty Martian j . starter at the Tijuana track, was in Cincinnati for a few hours, en route to his home- in Lexington. Th.- track and roadways will 1 be- completed and a race meeting given, starting on i July 4. Moriissev lost two starting machines in the flood. He- says the Tijuana meeting was a success so far as it went and was getting lietter every day. Morrissey will rest at his farm near Lexington until spring racing epens at that point.
