JUSTICE G0EBEL WINS JUAREZ FEATURE. Manager M. J. Winn Abandons Trip to California on Account of Sickness. Ll Pane, Tex.. March 2.— The wind that had been making things -o uncomfortable for race-g era at Juarez for a dav or two abated considerably this afternoon and there was a corresponding improvement in the attendance. Justice ;oclol accounted for the seven-eighths handicap that had the place of prominence on the program. He had been neglected in the betting, while Bonanza was a staunchly-backed fan rite. Tie two had the race to themselves all the way and Justice Qoefed proved the gamer when it came to the final drive. Manager M. J. Winn is confined to his hotel at Kl Iaso and it probably will be a week before he gets out again. His illness caused the abandonment of his trip to California with James Butler.
