The Following is the March scale of weights for age. and shall he caried when not otherwise specified in tin- conditions of the races: One-Half Mile. Age. wt. In races exclusively for three-jnar nlds or four-year-olds the weights shall be 122 pounds. Except in handicaps ami in race- a in re ihe conditions state to the contrary, fillies two yean old and all geldings shall he allowed three pounds, and mares three years old and upward shall he allowed five pounds before September 1. and three pounds afterward. No hor-e can be claimed out of a selling race except by an owner or his authorized agent, running a horse in the. same race.
