RAMONA showed the most early speed, but quit after leading to the stretch. The winner was entered ftir 00; no bid. ORIGINATOR took the lead on the baek- stretch, ran well and had no mishaps. PIERRE DUMAS ran well up all the way. but tired and just lasted long enough to save third place. COPPERTOWN closed a big gap when called on. HARWOOD was in a pocket for the first three-quarters. WILD I5EAR quit after setting the early pace. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
