THIRTY LEADING AMERICAN JOCKEYS. I., st week jock • ■ J. McT..gg.rt rode in great fatal and accomplished the quite remarkable feat • f guiding twelve of his mounts to victory. Another week like that would elevate him to the leadership of our riders of 1916. It is pleasant to see this boy riding with such skill, judgment and vigor. Next to him was J. Hanover, with the comparatively meager but still good record of five winning mounts. It will not be a great while now until the opening of racing at Lexington will bring another division of our riders into action and e. mi pet it ion for the leadership will grow keener, tp to and including last Saturday the records of the thirty leaders of the year were: Jockey.
