LONG BEACH HANDICAP TO ROLY. Short Grass Runs a Fine Race and Barely Fails is to Win — Corsican Takes a Race. New York, June 21.— An attractive program was oneicd at Jamaica today, but the sport was marred 5 to a great extent by rain which fell just before the " running of the third race.
