SHORT GRASS VICTOR AT HAVRE DE GRACE. High Noon Runs a Fast Thrcc-Quartcrs in His Old-Time Fashion Track Talk. Baltimore, Md., September 27. Emil llerz imported horr. Short Grass, winner of various stakes this season, displayed a return to his best, form when lie was returned an easy victor in the feature race of the day at Havre de Grace this afternoon, a handicap for all ages, at one mile and seventy yards.
