CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF. The stewards of the Jockey Club have issued a warning against the harboring of jockey P. Lowder, on the score that lie left the employ of trainer James Rowe without permission. At the recent meeting of the stewards of the Jockey Club a communication from Joseph A. Murphy to Chairman August Belmont, relative to selling race rules, was referred to the appropriate committee.
