CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF. Narcissus, which at her first start won a maiden race for two-year-olds at Havana, is a sister to J. E. Seagrams Philistine. Jockey Raymond Troise, now rising at Juarez, is an El Paso lad, who first attracted attention as a saddle prospect when Been "busting" wild horses. Although a small lad, he is said to possess unlimited courage and has a , good pair of hands. Troise worked for Quinlan and lligel last winter as an exercise boy.
