BERMUDIAN raced gamely and moved up on the lower turn, but could not cut down the winners lead. BERT L. raced close up throughout. TOM CHAPMAN closed a gap in the last quarter. A high wind blew directly into the faces of the horses all the way down the homestretch. The winner was entered for 00; no bid.
