ED CUDIHEE WINS SEELEY HANDICAP. Carries Top Weight and Leads Throughout Pickens Pilots Two Winners License Revoked. 1 Tijuana, Mex., December 20. Ed Cudihee came Into his own today when he led all the way to ti.ke the Seeley Handicap. Ed Cudihee picked up Ilti pounds and fairly ran away from tho pacemakers when called on by Roscoe Troxler. He was under a tight rein during the final sixteenth. Bertha Weaver surprised all by outfooting Ed Cudihee during the first eighth, but she was forced to do her best after the son of Golf Ball passed her on the far turn. Orange Blossom was third. Troxler continues to ride in good form and showed what a good rider could wo with with Classy Curl. The mare won easily and was claimed out of tho race by G. Alexandra. Pickens rode the first two winners, Glomer and Maznik and In each case they won easily. The" license of G. Manlding has been revoked hy the Judges for the bad condition in which he sent Transparent to the. post on last Sunday.
