GEBMAN RACING FOR 1917 SANCTIONED. Eight-Race Program Daily for Seventy-Four Days at Five Berlin Tracks. A dispatch from Berlin says: "The authorities have announced their sanction of the 1917 racing program for Berlin, comprising seventy-four days at five tracks. A larger number of horses than before will appear during the third war season, it is expected, because the daily program has been increased to eight instead of seven races.
