Lady Ceegee. running for the first time, was second and Dominion Park third. Cono-wingo was claimed out of the race by Smith and Dority. President Coffroth has issued printed ballot slips tr tin- horse-men re-questing their vote whether or not the present selling race rule should remain in effect or whether another calling for sealed bids on the winner, the run up money to be- split fifty, thirty and twenty to tin second, third and fourth horses. The balloting will close tomorrow and the judges will act as an election committee.
