ANOTHER POSITION FOR V. E. SCHAUMBERG. New York, January 23. — V. E. SchaumlxTg has been appelated recording secretary by Grant Hugh Prowne to look after his racing interests at Devonshire Iark. Windsor. Mount Royal Park. Montreal and the Havana Agricultural exposition and Baring Association at Havana, Cuba. The New York office of Mr. Schatimberg is at No. 18 East Forty-First street. Mr. Scliaumbeig is also racing secretary at the F.mpiro City track and secretary of the Coney Island Jockey club.
