CURLS, a forward contender from the start, took the lead in the last sixteenth and outstayed the tiring MAZURKA. The latter set a fast pace, but tired near the end. TI6BB JIM was shuffled beck on the far turn, but saved ground when entering the home stretch and finished with a rush. BROWN PRINCE closed a gap and tired right at the finish. AMAZONIAN began slowly. The latter responded namely to punishment and barely failed to win. JERKY ran well, but tired. JIALAIJAU refused to start and had to be whipped away from the barrier.
