VALUABLE ELMENDORF FARM SOLD. Lexington. Ky.. February 27. — Hal Price Headhy, president of the Thoroughbred Horse Association, lias purchased from the James I.. Haggin estate that portion of Elmenrtorf known as the Graves farm. It contains 457 acres and is eleven miles from Laxlafftea on the Rased Case pike, it is all ill blue crass and has sixty new fourteen-foot box stalls on it. The price was not made public, but it is said to have been clo-e to .SIOO.OOO.
