SUPREME COURT DENIES APPLICATION. Washington, D. C. April 10. — Application of the Douglas Park Jockey Club, of Louisville. Ky., for an order against the Kentucky State Racing Commission suspending rules requiring 00 minimum purses at the I,ouisville track, while permitting 00 purses at the Lexington. Ky., track, was denied yesterday by the Supreme Court. The Louisville club alleged discrimination.
