ONTARIO JOCKEY CLUB ANNOUNCEMENTS. Toronto. Out.. April 10.— The Ontario Jockey Club announced today tiiat stakes close May 2 for the meeting of May 19 2i. The Toronto Cup has ,000 added: the Connaught Cup, Woodstock Plate. Victoria Stakes, each S3. 000 added; Coronation, ,500, and the King Edward Cup, Minto Stakes. William Hendrie Memorial, Juvenile Stakes and Street Railway Steeplechase, each ,000 added. The lowest value of any overnight purse is 00 added, with entrance money in all cases to the winner. There will 1m a steeplechase every day. and seven races daily.
