THOROUGHBRED HORSE ASSOCIATION ACTION. Lexington. Ky.. May 29.- The directors of the Thoroaghhred Horse Association at their meeting Saturday authorized that .slmiimi of association funds be inxested in bonds of the Liberty loan. The secretary was also instructed to prepare a second letter relative to a ptapneal made at the annual membership mooting last month, that horse-owning mcmM-rs agree to pay to the association 1 per ei nt of returns from their purses mid yearling Bales, to he use,] in employing ■ traveling representative and otherwise extending the influence and activity of the organization ami. also, in producing a better publication than is its present bulletin.
