DR. BASSLER ENTERS GOVERNMENT SERVICE. Lexington. Ky.. June fi. — Dr. Harry Chain Bassler. native of Pennsylvania, for many years identified with racing in India, who has been in Kentucky for several months, has left here for the East, having offered his services to the Inited States government as a veterinarian, in the practice of which he is highly proficient. Dr. Bassler was for several years in the employ of the British government at Bombay.
