These special trains offer special advantages to those desirous of shipping horses up to the springs. Owing to the shortage of trains, which exists Just now, the railways cannot guarantee regular and satisfactory service by attaching cars to tho supposedly regular trains; but by making up specials in advance, they are sent right through practically independent of the scheduled trains, as they run without delays incident to shipment in cars attached to regular trains. For thi3 reason, specials are being arranged for in advance, thus obtaining fast and satisfactory service.
