WEST VIRGINIA STATE FAIR MEETING. Wheeling, W. Va., August 15. The West Virginia State Fair announce a meeting of five days to begin on September 3 and end on September 7. For the opening day, which will be on Labor Day, five running races are provided, while on the other days two running races are included on the program. Additional running races may be carded a, for the closing day of the fair. The purses will be 00 and 00. Secretary Bert II. Swartz as-V sures horsemen the accommodations are excellent and that the track is high class in every respect. No entrance fee will be charged.
