RACING AT NEW ORLEANS ASSURED New Orleans. La., September 1. Daily Racing Form: AVe Avill positively race at the Jefferson Fair Grounds from November 28 until January 1. IlaA-e started on the grandstand and stables and Avill have the same completed by November 1. I see Avliere doubts have been expressed as to racing here next winter. Please combat this impression.
