SARATOGA DIRECTORS HOLD MEETING Saratoga. N. V.. September 1. There was a meeting of the directors of the Saratoga Racing Association Thursday afternoon, and while no definite plans Ave re announced, It is known that it has been agreed to make an improvement in the track immediately, so that there may be no complaint during another year of racing here.
