Clarence Buxton, with fourteen thoroughbreds, has arrived at Jefferson Parish track from Tijuana Buxton -was one of the first horsemen to ship west this fall and he also was one of the last to ship east when he found that the Tijuana meeting was an impossibility. He was delayed for several weeks by inability to get horse cars and he was not sure of getting stalls at either of the local tracks until a week ago.
