SOME FAST WORK AT THE DOWNS liouisville. Ky.. April 2. — Willis Sharpe Kilmers I erby colt. Sun Briar, accompanied by Tommie Me-Taggart, galloped a satisfactory mile in 1:49. The pair ran fast iu the first half of the distance, but slowed up toward the end. They both came out of the trial in good condition. Small Change, a two-year-old filly by Ivan the Terrible — Miss Crawford, belonging to Kay Spence. electrified the railbirds bv running three-eighths in 3«?5. galloping out the half mile in 31-:,. High Gear and Clairvoyant, a pair of three-year-olds from the same stable, also created a favorable impression by their work. The first named ran three-eighths in 37. while the latter rattled off three-quarters in 1:19:!.-.. being slowed up in the final eighth. Sun-flash showed up well by galloping five-eighths in 1:05%. . *
