STEEPLECHASE BODY HOLDS MEETING New York. April 5. — At a meeting of the executive committee of the National Steeplechase and Hunt Association the following business was transacted: Harry Lee unanimously elected a member. The following were granted certificates as gentlemen riders, subject to the approval of the Hunts committee: L. T. Bolding. W. Haxall. Jr.,- and William H. Martin. Licenses were granted to trainers John Hastings. Matthew Itrady. John T. Kermath. J. F. Richardson and Silas Veitch. Jockey lii-euses were granted to Uich.ird Waugh. E. l-andry. Frank Caul well, E. Wolke. Randolph Scully. Charles Siuoot. William Allen, o. lain Murphy, J. P. Smith. J. K. Russell and E. Hayues. The application tor trainers license from John L. Coyle was tabled.
