. t P | KACING STATISTICS OF THE HARFORD AGRICULTURAL AND BREEDERS ASSOCIATION SPRING MEETING. + + The spring meeting of the Harford Agricultural and Breeders Association began April ]l» and came to a close April 30. covering thirteen racing days, luring which time ninety -one races were decided and 4.L,sr» was distributed in stakes and purses. The daily average distribution amounted to ,714. While the transportation facilities to the track were not the best, the attendance was of goodly proportions and the racing probably the best ever seen at the Havre de Grace course. The two-year-old races proved a bis attraction and a number of promising juveniles were seen in action. The outstanding feature of the racing was the high-class performances of the three-year-old Ueorge Starr. 1 . , . It. F. Carman carried off the lions share of the prize money, heading the money-winning list of owners with ,538 to his credit. 4. K. L. Boss fared well with |MH »» "table earnings.
