Won easily; second and third driving. RIFLE, well up from the start, came fast in the last eighth and won going away. HARRY MASON raced forwardlv from the start and held on well in the closing drive. OPHELIA W. had no mishaps, set a fast early pace and finished gamely. JUSTICE GOEBEL came again after dropping back in the first half. LIBERATOR lacked speed. STAR BABY was always outrun. GENEVIEVE SWEEP, clear of interference and hard ridden, showed the most speed from the start and outstayed WAR STORIES in the final drive. WAR STORIES was under hard restraint for the first quarter, but failed to res| ond its expected in the stretch and had to be hard ridden at the end. LEGOTAL rail a good race and finished fast. The latter was also lucky, raced in closest pursuit and ran a good race. ESCOBA suffered from interference at the start and closed a big gap in the stretch. McADOO ran well.
