May 25. announces that entries for the Croat United I Hunts Steeplechase will close next Wednesday, Mav 15. This .*.-,. 1*11 event is one of the m-sl favored of the steeplechase races in this tellllllj and a glance over the nominations to date reveals the fact that most of the prominent owners in the country will show their colors in this stellar test between the flags. Another of the special teainres at the Terminal meeting this spring will !« the Double Event, a S5.000 race, which usti.;lly results in out- of the best contests of the year.
