CURRENT NOTES OF THE TURF Georg- Smith is displaying his old-time form in his work-outs at Jamaica and will probably tie a -tarter in the Excelsior Handicap at Jamaica Monday. Anthony L. Astes filly Eyelid, winner of the 1-adies Handicap, is being given respectful consideration for the Coaching Club Handicap, to be nin Saturday. Eyelid is woiking in satisfactory fashion at Jamaica and is ready for a gruelling race. Fall racing dates for the Kentucky tracks will be allotted at a meeting of the State Racing Coin-mission to lie held Friday. June 14. iu the clubhouse of the Latonia race track.
