KATE ADAMS drew out in the stretch after having followed KF.RNAX closely for the lirst half mile and won easing up. KERXAX showed the most early speed, hut tired when challenged. TIM McGEE finished gamely under hard riding ami was aided to third place by the ground he saved on the turns. BRIO OF WAR closed a gap. CALLAWAY tired. LITTLE I, ran a itoor race. BROTHER MACLEAX was sliultu 1 back on the first turn, but came fast and steadily under hard riding in the stretch. BYRXE ran well and is showing steady improvement. DIVERSION was almost, thrown on the first turn and suffered repeatedly from interference during the race. COURTSHIP also had a rough race. CARMEN ran a good race anil only tired in the last few strides. BUCK NAIL, showing improvement, was gaining fast and would have won at a longer distance. GUIDE POST tired in the last sixteenth. JOHN W. KLEIN came from a long way back. BIG FELLOW, MAB and BABY LYXCH quit in the stretch.
