DELAY IN RUSSIA MAY BE COSTLY It seems definitely determined that the Bolshe viki in Siberia at least are arming and employing German and Hungarian prisoners of war against the allies as represented by the CzecnoSlovaks who are fighting to rescue themselves and their fellow coun ¬ trymen iu Europe They have no right to arm and employ these prisoners no matter whom they may be fighting If we delay action much longer we shall be fighting the Bolsheviki ourselves and thus add millions of men to the armies of the Hun Columbia State
