lapse of two years during which time the racing of twoyearolds prior to April 1 was prohibited by the Jockey Club local racegoers will beginning January 1 next be afforded an opportunity of again witnessing the future kings and queens of the turf in action The races for twoyearolds at the Fair Grounds in years gone by have proved mmensely popular and the revival of these events s bound to add greatly to the popularity of racin n this section sectionThere There are approximately 200 coming twoyearolds now quartered at the old course the great majoritv of them being ready to race Practically inclined to the opinion that tha wealthy Ken ¬ tucky oil operator may witness a fulfilment of his liopes The youngsters were only turned over to Ximmer just prior to his leaving New York toss than
