NEW HOTEL CLOSE TO JUAREZ TRACK LOUISVILLE, Ky., January 17. Plans for a hotel containing at least five hundred rooms and equipped witli every modern convenience, to be erected close to the Juarez track, liave been drawn and are now under consideration by manager Matt J. Winn. It is planned to begin work on the building In the early spring and to have it completed by the time racing is resumed at the Mexican track next winter.
