DIOMED moved up steadily from a slow start and, finishing with arush, got up to win in the last twenty yards. BECK AND CALL raced into the lead soon after the start and held oil steadily for the entire race. AIRNAT raced into the lead with a rush, but began tiring near the end. LADY IONE had no mishaps. MARVIN MAY, from an outer position, was forced to lose much ground, but came fast at the end. MISS MINKS also, was away slowly. QUICK FIRE was always outpaced. Scratched Cal RockinghbrSe; 116.
