AMERICAN JOCKEY FOR KING OF SPAIN LEXIXGTOX, Ky., January 31. Lucien Lyne, the noted American jockey, who has been riding abroad for several years, announced this afternoon that lie has signed a new- contract to lie chief Jockey for King Alfonso of Spain. He leaves here tomorrow for Madrid.
